Founder & Producer

Shishir is a producer with deep creative judgment and strong production leadership. He oversees projects from conception to delivery, builds and leads teams, and ensures alignment between creative vision, execution, and commercial realities.

With four years in advertising and over a decade of experience producing and directing across digital, OTT, and broadcast, his body of work spans docu-reality series, brand films, branded content, military documentaries, and short films — across platforms, scales, and audiences.
